Hoodie will be designed to your specifications and details.  This will include one video or phone call to discuss your preferences and unlimited email exchanges to verify mockups meet your standards and request.  Once we have written confirmation that mockups are to your liking, you will then be requested to make payment.  Once payment is confirmed, an order will be placed or confirmed order.  Tracking information will be provided shortly thereafter.
